I've started to clean out my freezer and pantry, and can almost easily see what I have in there now! I've got a long way to go, though! I planned this week's menu while keeping the freezer-cleaning-out project in mind, and also trying to take it easy in anticipation of the crazy holiday season that is about to start!
fresh fig bread (from the freezer)
toast and jelly
pumpkin muffins (from the freezer)
sunbutter and jelly sandwiches
tortilla and cheese roll-ups
cheese, crackers, fruit
Blue Ribbon Granola Bars
fruity-yogurty smoothie pops
hard boiled eggs
Chunky Veggie Chowder (made by my Mama this time-- double yum!)
baked spaghetti pie, lima beans, garden salad, fruit
Very Veggie Black Bean Burgers (from the freezer), roasted potatoes, fruit
snack supper (cheese, crackers, carrots, cukes, hummus, fruit)
Sweet Potato Cookies with Marshmallow Creme Frosting (You'll want to read the funny story behind these DELICIOUS cookies!)
