Menu Plan Monday- November 2- 8

I. can. not. believe. that. it. is. November.  We ended up with a sort of weird calendar in our kitchen this year, and I remember hanging it up in January and being so amused by it.  And now we're down to the last 2 months!  That means that my kids have grown and changed and developed and learned for another whole year!  I always think of that saying about parenting-- "The days are long, but the years are short."  And one of the reason the days are so long is that I have to keep feeding my kids 3 times a day!  Ha!  Here's what we're having this week.

fruit served every day
toast and jelly
Banana Wheat Germ Muffins (from Weelicious)
scrambled eggs (apparently Maggie loves these--news to me, and woo-hoo!)

Beautiful Bean Salad
sunbutter/peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
freezer burritos (from Money Saving Mom)
weather lunch ( part of our weather themed home preschool week)

Blue Ribbon Granola Bars (like trusty old friends)
deviled eggs
cheese and crackers
cottage cheese

Pineapple Fried Rice - A quick and easy weeknight meal that's so much cheaper, tastier and healthier than take-out!
Pineapple Fried Rice - from Damn Delicious & barbecue chicken (for Maggie and Mr. CTB)
"Real" Mac and Cheese, steamed broccoli, baked apples
homemade pizza, garden salad, fruit
Veggie Lo Mein, fruit
