Some days I just can't believe that my children seem to want eat at least 3 times every single day! And that means that I have to have something to feed them! Just kidding-- feeding my family is one of my favorite things. That doesn't mean it's always easy, but I do find a satisfying joy in it. It does help to have a plan, so here's what's cookin'.
fruit served every day
pancakes (from the freezer)
toast and jelly
pumpkin muffins (from the freezer)
bean and rice burritos (from the freezer)
Crunchy Ramen Asian Salad (from Gimme Some Oven--this was on my menu last week, but I ended up not making it until Sunday, so I'll be eating it this week)
sunbutter and jelly sandwiches
fruit, cheese, crackers
Halloween Snack Mix (post coming soon!)
cheese and crackers
Easy Cheessy Baked Ravioli
stir fry and rice
breakfast (waffles, scrambled eggs, yogurt, hash potatoes, fruit)
Trader Joe's vegetable dumplings
