I'm declaring my freezer clean-out DONE, even though there's still a little bit left in there. I'm over it! I'm going to try to make a few breakfasty things this week to stock it back up.
My husband goes back to work this week, after a lovely, relaxed summer vacation. I'm making a couple of his favorites this week to help him ease his way back in to work. They also happen to be super EASY things, to help ease ME back in to mom-at-home-all-day-with-the-kids mode.
Here's what's cooking!
toast and jelly
pancakes (some to eat and some to freeze)
Summer Quinoa Salad from Super Healthy Kids
sunbutter and jelly sandwiches
Blue Ribbon Granola Bars
sweet potato biscuits (some to eat and some to freeze)
cheese and crackers
pizza at a birthday party
tacos (with these AWESOME refried beans from Pennies and Pancakes)
Vegetarian Sloppy Joes from Rachael Ray
snack supper (cheese, crackers, cukes, carrots, fruit, hummus)
Garlic Pasta with Broccoli
