a printable construction vehicle (we used these from Create Current)
these from Creative Current
these from Creative Currentcrayons or markers
construction paper or cardstock
white school glue
bits of 'rock' (we used couscous, rice, lentils, and split peas)
Have your child color the construction vehicle. Then cut it out or help them to cut it out.Using a glue stick, glue it onto a piece of construction paper or cardstock, so that it will be more sturdy.
Have your child use a small paintbrush to paint white school glue, and pick up and drop bits of rocks on the ground or in small piles around the construction vehicle.
Let it all dry and display proudly!
